This music video was co-created by the talented children of Lobitos, in collaboration with Coast 2 Coast and WAVES Lobitos. Through rhythm and writing exercises, the young artists explored the living practices that connect them to their land and sea—honoring the biocultural heritage of their fishing village.

 

This project uplifts the creativity and perspectives of Lobitos' youth as they express their deep relationships with nature - from the birds to the crabs - and cultivated through storytelling and waveriding. With the special participation of local musicians, this audiovisual piece invites you into a vibrant practice of place-based storytelling and intergenerational care.
